The Partners
Christodoulos Clerides
Christodoulos Clerides is the managing partner of the firm. He acquired his LLB (Hons) from the Law Faculty of the University of Northumbria at Newcastle and he received his LLM in Corporate Governance from the University of Dundee in Scotland.
He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2003 and since then he is advising and representing Clients in Cyprus and abroad. He is often appointed as a liquidator and since February 2016 he is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
Until April 2023 he was the head of the litigation department of one of the largest firms in Cyprus and was dealing with international commercial litigations and arbitrations, criminal law, family law, banking and migration law services, until he founded his own firm.
He is also member of the board of Universitas Foundation a non-profit organization that its main mission is the promotion of knowledge for purposeful change in the world.
Christos Th. Tryfonos
Christos Th. Tryfonos is a partner of the firm. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the Law Faculty of the University of Leicester, and an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Bournemouth.
He was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2012, and since then he excelled as a team leader in the litigation department of one of the largest law firms in Cyprus, dealing with labor, insurance and probate law.
Christos is a certified and registered mediator since 2017 and a Certified Insurance law specialist, Certified Insurance Contract Specialist, Certified Liability Insurance Specialist and Certified Motor Insurance Specialist.
Apart from his legal endeavors, Christos holds the position of president at the Institute of Young Scientists (INE), a non-profit organization serving as a platform for young scientists to voice their concerns on various issues.
